Ever since childhood, I have always been interested in the creative industries; from acting in school plays and local theatre companies, to writing short stories in my grandma’s living room.

This carried on all the way through school and I left with A levels in Drama and Theatre Studies, English Language and Literature and BTEC Media. I went on to graduate with a 2:1 in Theatre (BA Hons) at York St John University.

I decided I wanted to work in a way that combines the skills I have learnt from studying in the creative sectors, as well as applying research and analysing methods that you learn whilst doing a degree.

My university course taught me how to create my own pieces of work, whilst still taking inspiration from other source materials. This is what eventually lead to me coming with the idea of my Social Media Business – writing original content for businesses whilst still maintaining the voice of their owners!
